Past ShooterS Organization    

The Grand National Waterfowl Hunt is an “Invitational” Hunt.  Prospective shooters are nominated by members of the local organization and by those who have previously attended the Hunt and joined the ‘Past Shooters’ organization.  The hunters come from all over the United States and Canada, and a few have even come from Europe.  They represent industry, commerce, government and entertainment.  Once they have participated in the Grand National Waterfowl Hunt, a shooter is invited to join this organization.  

GNWA has always been heavily involved in waterfowl preservation and management.   Of course, the annual Hunt is the premier event to showcase the fantastic natural beauty of the area and its wildlife while preserving the local hunting heritage.

Past Shooters Council MeetingS

The Past Shooters Council meet annually in Cambridge, Maryland to discuss the upcoming Hunt and how to make each successive event better than the last.  This meeting also afford an opportunity to renew and strengthen friendships...and have an enjoyable social experience.
